The Key to Making Muscle Grow

Many of us desire to have a better body. You’ve probably seen people who have well sculpted, muscle bound bodies and maybe you’ve wondered if it is possible for you to have the same muscle bound look. Anyone can build muscle, you just need to know how to make muscle grow.

So how does muscle grow? Muscle growth occurs when the muscles experience stress. When the muscle feels stress it wants to grow so that the next time it experiences stress, the effect will be less stressful. If you want to make your muscles grow, you need to give them stress. The simplest way to do this is to lift weights.

When you lift weights you need to up your weight and decrease your repetitions.  The goal here is muscle growth. The more weight you lift, the more stress you will put on your muscles, and the more they will grow.

You might also want to work on your diet. A body building diet is much different then a regular diet. You actually need to increase the amount of carbohydrates and protein you put into your diet. If you need additional guidance there are many programs that can guide you to a better body.
