Most free online diet plans preach consistency to help people lose weight. Most people gain weight because of their inconsistent eating habits. Most people eat a lot one day and a little the next only because that’s how their life works. People are too busy to think about their diet and therefore, their body takes the worst of that decision.

 

What do I mean by inconsistent eating habits? Because of their daily schedule, people don’t eat the same each and every day. One day they’ll eat a lot, the next they’ll eat nothing. One day they’ll eat more in the morning, the next they’ll eat more at night. This inconsistency confuses the body and therefore reduces your metabolism. And the body’s metabolism must be high to continuously burn fat.

 

So how should people eat more consistently? First, people should schedule their meals. Eat every 2-3 hours of small meals throughout the day up until three hours before sleep. Second, people should eat the same amount of calories, fat, and carbs in each meal so that the body will keep a consistent burn. Finally, concentrate on keeping your diet as a routine. The best way to avoid inconsistency is to set up a routine. Predetermine your meals and pick some meals that would be easy to eat on the go.
