What I have for you today Ladies is a set of  bootyliscious butt enhancing exercises. Fellas by all means feel free to pass these glute exercises to the women in your life.

I have notice women work all their assets  away at the gym and burn their God given assets off with fat burners.  Then ask questions like how can I  gain a bigger butt or most women just cut through the so-called chase and go under the knife.

You don’t need fat burners or cosmetic surgery anyone can have a bigger butt , tighter, rounder,cellulite free if you apply the information that is provided.

 

First of all if you looking to build a little or alot of size along with dynamic shape to your butt.  You need to know what range and reps that can bring you closer to your dream booty. The 8-12 rep will build your butt definitely! Along with positive muscaluar failure. When you’re approaching that last rep you have to push yourself to complete the last rep.

 Second stop starving your assets off and taking fat burners.  You have to feed your glutes all natural whole foods.  Stay away from processed foods that can take you further away from your beautiful butt.  My nutritional tip would be if you have a sweet tooth, bake your own cakes or cookies with creative flair.  You can include protein in your bake goods .  I luv oatmeal cookies so I include whey protein or if you’re vegan sunfood warrior have a great tasting protein that is full.  And most fitness people know what I mean when I say full.  Most protein come’s half full.  Now far as sweetness is concern you can go to your local health food store and find a wide range of natural nutritonal sweetners that will give your body nutritonal  benefits. I’ll post a list in a cuple of days on the different types of health food sweetners to add to recipes.  Just take the responsibility  and bake and cook all your foods from natural and stay away from the chemical processed foods

 

And remeber hydrate, drinking water is essential to you r health.

 Walking Lunges 3×12

Walking your way to a pair of beautiful glutes  can give dynamic results.  But you must have great form make sure you can do regular lunges with great form. If you’re not comfortable with walking lunges try the regular lunges and progressive to walking lunges.  Listen to your body.
